Training Programs

Welcome to A Better Pace. We offer training programs for walkers and runners with various goals, from getting into shape and completing a first 5K to running ultra marathons. Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, our training programs are an enjoyable, inspiring, and efficient way to meet other people just like you and get in the best shape of your life.

Upon joining, you will complete a questionnaire detailing your background, personal goals, concerns, and schedule. It will be reviewed by your A Better Pace coach to develop your training schedule. During the program you will receive weekly training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches and education sessions. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally stronger. We will help you accomplish your individual goals and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

We are currently offering coaching for individuals and groups that have a goal race they want to train for or anyone that wants to better their fitness.  If you have any interest in our services, please contact Karen Benway.
